The Asperger London Area Group and Autism Hub is providing event on autism and women.

This event will explore – 

  • Personal experiences: diagnostic journey, co-morbid diagnosis, post-diagnostic outcomes
  • Diagnostic rates between women and men: causes and implications
  • Are woman and girls better at masking or camouflaging their autism challenges?
  • Autism traits and presentation in women- challenges faced in obtaining a diagnostic referral, misdiagnosis and under diagnosis

This is hybrid event, with the option to attend in person as well as online.

Venue: Voluntary Action Islington, 200A Pentonville Road, London, N1 9JP.

Minimum cost of attending in person: £3.00 or if you are able to £5.00.

We will be serving very light refreshments at this event.
